IL200-5/6S
Elite’s inline 5 or 6 speed gearbox, designed with weight-sensitive applications in mind for lightweight circuit cars under 900kg, such as Kit Cars and Westfields. This gearbox is not suitable for any off-road or rally usage. Sequential gear selection allows for clutch-less upshifting through the gears, coupled with dog engagement gears for added gearchange speed. The IL200 is rated to 200 ft/lbs torque capacity, and our sales and design teams will consult with you to calculate the optimal ratios to get the best performance from you r application.
This gearbox is also available as the IL200-5SE. An extended version of the IL200-5S with 30mm wider gears, capable of an increased 250ft/lbs torque rating.
Manufactured from high quality/strength hardening alloy steel. Elite’s gears are REM Superfinished, as standard, to reduce friction and aid durability.
